Premium removes the biggest limits from the free version.
More room for your library
Premium removes the 3-workout limit so users can keep growing their workout library without deleting items.
Charts and deeper analysis
Insights and exercise progress charts are part of Premium, which makes it easier to review trends and training changes.
Premade plans
Explore Plans is open to everyone. Premium removes the 3-item limit, so downloaded plans don’t crowd out your own workouts.
Apple Watch workouts
Premium unlocks the Apple Watch companion’s workout sync, so planned sessions appear on your wrist and sets log from there.
A few quick answers for prospective users.
Is there a free trial?
LODE does not currently offer a free trial. Basic is the free starting tier, and Premium is the paid subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Premium is intended to be an auto-renewing subscription until canceled in the App Store.
Do I keep my workouts?
Yes. Your workouts and profile data stay in the app, and cloud sync helps keep them connected across devices.
What if I only want the basics?
Basic is still useful for logging workouts and keeping a small library of saved workouts and plans.
Start with Basic or go straight to Premium.
Either way, LODE keeps the core workout flow simple and focused.
